Shipping Info
We make every belt to order. Allow up to 3 business days for us to make your belts prior to shipping. Expect delays if we are away at events and during the holidays. Shipping options are available at checkout. You will receive an automatic email with tracking details once your order ships.
In the event that you need to make changes to your shipping selection, please contact us with your order number and a detailed request. If your order has not shipped, we will do our very best to accommodate your shipping change. We cannot make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please note: we are not responsible for delays in shipping due to address errors. Please double check the shipping address before completing your payment. You assume responsibility for additional charges on rejected or returned packages.

We ship international packages via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Shipping fees are based on the shipping destination and package weight/dimensions. Please note: we do not collect any additional fees for duties and/or taxes. We are not responsible for any import fees, duties, or taxes your order may incur upon delivery. There may be additional fees due when your package arrives in your country. Please contact your local postal service or shipping carrier for information about your country’s import rules.
LOST, STOLEN, and DELAYED PACKAGES
*Please be aware that we are currently experiencing nationwide shipping delays because of the ongoing pandemic. Your package is still on its way, just taking longer than usual to arrive.*
Once orders are shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or mis-delivered packages. Orders placed on our website are shipped via a third-party carrier, and as such risk of loss and title for goods ordered pass onto you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you are having trouble tracking down a shipment, you will need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance. We do not have any additional tracking or shipping information than what is available through the tracking number listed on your shipping confirmation email.
