Shipping & Returns
within the United States
We offer free shipping within the United States. All orders ship with USPS and should arrive 2-5 business days after shipping. Your order will be updated with a tracking number once it has shipped.
If we are away at an event and your order will be delayed, we will contact you directly with an estimated ship date. If we have the belt with us, we will ship it ASAP. If we don't, we will ship it when we return to our workshop. Expect some delays around holidays.
Please note: we are not responsible for delays in shipping due to address errors. Please double check your shipping address before completing your payment.
International orders ship USPS first class and should arrive in 5-10 business days. Your order will be updated with a tracking number once it has shipped, but we make no guarantees on it working once the package leaves the US. You can ask USPS why that is, because we can't figure it out.
Please note: we are not responsible for your import taxes. There may be additional fees due when your package arrives in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
Refunds for items that are damaged, or items the customer wishes to exchange, must be sent back to us within 30 days. A refund, replacement or exchange will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s). A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. The value is determined by the last retail price of the item. Please note that item(s) that are returned to us that are not due to our error (e.g. ordered the wrong size; didn't like the belt) will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund. All products must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition. That means no wear and tear on the leather, and the buckle is in its original, perfect condition.
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds.
Any purchase during a sale or with a promo code is a final sale.
We will only refund shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
Please note: We do not accept returns on items that were not purchased via this website. If you purchase a belt from us at an event or through Kickstarter, contact us directly to discuss options.
